| Unless otherwise agreed, our products are supplied on the following terms. |

| Price |
| All prices are in GBP£ and are exclusive of VAT, which will be added automatically at the checkout. We reserve the right to vary our prices from time to time. A VAT invoice will be supplied with each order. |

| Ordering |
| You can send your order on-line any time of the day or night using the shopping cart on our secure site. However, if you prefer, you can phone, email, mail or fax us your order. Our contact details are found on the Contact Us Page. |

| Payment |
All goods must be fully paid for before dispatch. A receipt will be included with your purchases.
For online orders, our secure payment processor (Protx) accepts most credit/debit cards.
We accept credit/card orders by phone, fax or email.
We accept postal orders, cheques or cash by post. . |

Please note that these service times are provided to us by the Carrier and should be viewed as a guide only. From our experience, approximately 90% of consignments arrive within the specified time.
Goods will be dispatched within 2 working days of receipt of cleared payment, except where an ordered item is out of stock.
We use a national Carrier to deliver your order. Freight costs for delivery are automatically added to your online order at the checkout.
You will receive a tracking email from the Carrier once your order has left our warehouse. This email will contain a latest time for delivery. Please contact us if you have not heard from the Carrier by this time. Please also contact us immediately if your order is damaged or incorrect. | Back Orders |
| Very rarely an item may be out of stock. If we think we will be unable to dispatch your order in full within 5 working days, we will contact you within 1 working day of receiving your order to make you aware of the situation. You will then have the option of either cancelling your order and receiving a full refund, proceeding with the order without any missing items, or proceeding with the order with the missing items on back order. In any event, you will not be charged for items that have not been dispatched |
| Returns |
Please note that we are unable to accept returns of correctly supplied tinted topcoats other than white as these are all mixed to order.
If you are unsatisfied with any other purchase for any reason, we will provide a full refund less shipping and handling costs. The items must be returned to us at you own expense within 30 days. They must be in the same condition as when they were received. Please contact us first for a returns No. Please also include your receipt with any returns.
If you receive incorrect, damaged or faulty goods from us, we will either arrange to have them collected at our expense or we will ask you to destroy them on our behalf. You will also be offered a replacement or a refund. |

| Warranty |
| We guarantee that any paint or accessories that we have supplied to you are fit for the purpose for which they were manufactured. Our liability to you will not exceed the replacement value of the goods. |

| Privacy |
| Shepherd Marine respects your privacy and ensures that any details you provide are used strictly to process your order. We will not disclose your email address or any other information about you to any third party. From time to time, we may want to make you aware of our special offers or discounts on Jotun products that we feel may be of interest to you. The frequency of such emails will never exceed 1 per month. If you would prefer not to be contacted, please let us know and we will remove your name from our emailing list. |
