Product Description
It has excellent adhesion to grp, aluminium or concrete. It should be used where fast dry-to-recoat and/or dry-to-handle times are desired. Penguard Express can be used alone or with the Hardtop or Pioner range of topcoats. It should not be used below the waterline.
