Product Description
Pioner Topcoat is an a single pack semi-gloss acrylic topcoat with good hiding properties and colour retention. It can be used over the top of Vinyguard , Jotamastic & Penguard range of primers (see primers). Pioner Topcoat is quick drying and is suitable for use both internally and externally. It is available in virtually any colour. It overcoats with future coats of Pioner Topcoat very well, without the need for rubbing down. Ideal if you are going to be doing regular touch-ups. For best reults when covering large areas, apply using conventional air spray.
